Overview: I developed a project that allows individuals to renew their glasses prescription from home using their smartphone and computer, addressing Covid-19 lockdowns and providing a safe and convenient option for customers.
To promote this technology, I led a 360 advertising campaign using TV, social media, and billboard ads targeting older audiences (41-60+), emphasizing the convenience and safety of the app and the accuracy and reliability of the eye test.
User pain point: Many people, especially those aged 41-60+, may find it difficult to renew their glasses prescription during Covid-19 lockdowns due to the closure of opticians. This can cause inconvenience, and even safety concerns for those who need their glasses for daily activities.
